Isotank : contain from 24.000 L to 25.500 Liters

To packaging ethanol in isotank we  do following steps:

1. Test isotank
2. Pump pipe with filter
3. Fill full ethanol
4. Seals
5. Laber

PACKAGING IN CONTAINER

There are 2 kind of packaging in container

1. Packaging in container 20″ (NW 14,080 kgs -80 x 220 HDPE plastic drums/NW 12,800 kgs – 80x 200 new steel drums)
2. Packaging in container 40″ (NW 26,400 kgs -150 x 220 HDPE plastic drums /NW 24,000 kgs – 150x 200 new steel drums)

You can choice packaging with plastic pallets or not

HDPE PLASTIC DRUMS

1. Packaging in container 20″ (NW 14,080 kgs -80 x 220 HDPE plastic drums)
2. Packaging in container 40″ (NW 26,400 kgs -150 x 220 HDPE plastic drums )

Plastic drums are manufactured with the following basic parameters:
Capacity: 220 liters
Dimensions: 580mm x 930 mm ( ± 8 mm)
Drum Weight: 9kg ( ± 4%)
Thickness: 4.5 – 5.5 mm
Material: HDPE plastic

STEEL DRUMS

Specification Of Steel Drum : Sealed drums are manufactured under ISO 5833 – 1994 with the following basic parameters:
Nominal  capacity:   200 liters
Max capacity:            207 liters
Drum Weight:          16.5 Kg± 3%
Drum  height:           887mm   ±4mm
Steel Thickness:        0.9/0.9/0.9 ±  0.06 mm
