II. Application
Soybeans are processed for their oil and meal (for the animal feed industry). A smaller percentage is processed for human consumption and made into products including soy milk, soy flour, soy protein, tofu and many retail food products. Soybeans are also used in many non-food (industrial) products.

II. Application
Green peas are a good source of vitamins C and E, zinc, and other antioxidants that strengthen your immune system. Other nutrients, such as vitamins A and B and coumestrol, help reduce inflammation and lower your risk of chronic conditions, including diabetes, heart disease, and arthritis. They are mainly used for making snack.

II. Application
Soybean meal is the most important protein source used for animal feeds. It represents two-thirds of the total world output of protein feedstuffs, including all other major oil meals and fish meal (Oil World, 2015). Soybean meal is the by-product of the extraction of soybean oil. Several processes exist, resulting in different products.
